Tringali Playground in Englewood

We are loving, loving, loving this weather. I don’t know if I mentioned this, but we moved here from Virginia and it is like 30 degrees in the winter. So, yeah, about these 70 degree, cloudless, beautiful days- I’m LOVING it!

We had an afternoon with nothing planned so we decided to take the kids to a local park. Maggie loves parks! So we went to one we drive by often- the Tringali playground in Englewood.

Tringali Playground in Englewood

They have a HUGE playground…which, might I add, is super tall. The slides are the coolest because they are so long. I went down them a few times with Maggie.

And Charlie (well both kids actually) loved the swings. He was having the time of his life….

Maggie has quite an imagination, so of course the playground became a pirate ship…because what else would it be?! She loved “looking for treasure” and running through the tunnels and going down the slides.

  1. there are several wonderful parks in Englewood
The one on San Casa by the Public Pool
there is one that is really nice by the YMCA
there is one on Parade Circle in Rotonda
all are new and have lots of parking and lots of shade.
