We found a little hidden treasure in Englewood that I have to share with you. Maybe it’s not so much of a secret…we just didn’t know about it until we stumbled upon it. It’s called Stump Pass Beach Park in Englewood.
As you know, we love exploring new places! So when we found Stump Pass Beach Park we were thrilled! We love it because it’s kind of like a little hike and you can go as far or as…not far…as you want. There are lots of outlets along the path to the beach and to the canal on the other side. It’s a beautiful trail. We absolutely love it!
Check out our video….
Here are some of our pictures!
To be honest, I have no idea how many miles long the trail is. Maybe 2 miles? But they have a bunch of outlets to the beach along the way. It is $3 to park and during the winter tourist season it is BUSY!! So beware. We went in the summer when it was very low key.
Check out where it is and more information here.
What I loved doing was walking the trail and then walking the beach back. We were able to see the sunset the whole time we were walking back and it was perfect! We loved it.
I highly suggest Stump Pass Beach Park! So much fun. This can also be a simple and fun family night out. Do a picnic dinner and get some exercise while watching the sunset. So fun!
This looks like a lovely family walk, and a great tip to visit in the off-season!
