Stump Pass Beach Park

July 28, 2016 By aligilbert83 2 Comments

We found a little hidden treasure in Englewood that I have to share with you. Maybe it’s not so much of a secret…we just didn’t know about it until we stumbled upon it. It’s called Stump Pass Beach Park in Englewood.
Stump Pass Beach Park in Englewood is such a fun hiking trail. The whole family can enjoy the outdoors at this fun park. Make sure to check out our video and pictures and head over to the park soon!

As you know, we love exploring new places! So when we found Stump Pass Beach Park we were thrilled! We love it because it’s kind of like a little hike and you can go as far or as…not far…as you want. There are lots of outlets along the path to the beach and to the canal on the other side. It’s a beautiful trail. We absolutely love it!

Check out our video….

Here are some of our pictures!
DSC_0702 DSC_0705 DSC_0710 DSC_0711 DSC_0717 DSC_0722 DSC_0729To be honest, I have no idea how many miles long the trail is. Maybe 2 miles? But they have a bunch of outlets to the beach along the way. It is $3 to park and during the winter tourist season it is BUSY!! So beware. We went in the summer when it was very low key.

Check out where it is and more information here.

What I loved doing was walking the trail and then walking the beach back. We were able to see the sunset the whole time we were walking back and it was perfect! We loved it.
DSC_0777 DSC_0771 DSC_0765DSC_0750I highly suggest Stump Pass Beach Park! So much fun. This can also be a simple and fun family night out. Do a picnic dinner and get some exercise while watching the sunset. So fun!

Happy trails!
