Thinking about bringing your family to a petting zoo? Petting zoo pictures are the best- and so is the experience! We don’t have any pets in our house so getting to touch and pet real animals is a treat for my kids. There are several places around Southwest Florida, from Sarasota to Naples, where kids can learn about animals and touch and play with them.
Plus, there are so many things to learn at farms and petting zoos, plus they are a ton of fun. There are a lot of places that have local wildlife to observe and also farm animals to touch and pet!
And who doesn’t love to snuggle up to a little farm animal??
We’ve compiled lists of year-round places to pet animals and seasonal farms too! We tried to make sure these are places that treat their animals kindly and with respect as well. If we missed any, let us know in the comments so they can be added to the list!
