A day at sea with Allure Boat Rental in Englewood

June 6, 2016 By aligilbert83 43 Comments

We spent the whole weekend celebrating my parent’s 60th birthday. They both turned 60 this year, so that was nice because we were able to combine their celebration. We decided that we would spend the weekend taking them down memory lane and one of the things we used to do was go boating. So, we decided to rent a boat from the best boat rental place in Englewood, Allure Boat Rentals.

Allure Boat Rental

We had a blast! We rented a pontoon boat for the entire day, which was an 8 hour rental. We jumped on the boat at 10:30AM and dropped it off at 6:30PM.

I think the thing I loved most about renting from Allure was the fact that I didn’t have to worry about anything! We didn’t have to worry about cleaning it, maintenance, or anything that boat owners worry about. We just jumped on, had a wonderful day, and jumped off. It was great!

Check out our video-

So, here are a few…okay, a lot of pictures from our fun day at sea…

My dad got to be our captain….20160529_105243How cute is my little man in his little life jacket?! 20160529_113245
We got the best spot on the sandbar down at Boca Grande. We had this view all day of the Gasperilla Island bridge. DSC_0706 This is a picture of our pontoon boat. It seated 12 people and was super spacious. We absolutely loved it. DSC_0710 DSC_0712 DSC_0721 DSC_0724 DSC_0730

I highly suggest renting from Allure Boat Rentals. They are super reasonable and they have a lot of options for rentals. They don’t just do pontoon boats, but they also rent out Mako 212 Off Shore boats, bicycles, ocean kayaks and SUP’s, and jet ski’s.

Also, the staff is amazing! They are super helpful and nice. We had an overall great experience!

Head over and follow them on Facebook. Call (941) 475-BOAT to book your rental today!

Happy Boating!

Disclosure: Allure Boat Rentals gave me and my family a discounted price on our rental in exchange for my honest review on their company. As always, my opinions are 100% my own.

A day on the water is always a great day! What a fun way to celebrate your parents’ 60th birthdays! Will remember for next time I’m in the Manatee/Sarasota area! (I’m a FL native, dying to get my hubs to Sarasota’s Siesta Key Beach).

Your pictures give me that “sand in my shoes” feeling. My Dad went to high school in Key West and it has become our vacation spot. I haven’t been in a few years and I miss it a lot! Your photos remind me of the drive down the US 1, all of the bridges and the clear water!

I love pontoon boats. They provide space and shade but here in Miami you never get to rent them. Guess we have to head west. Thank you for the review.

The kids looked like they had a great time! What a nice idea for a beautiful summer day. I’ve been on a yaht and a dolphin tour boat, but never out on a boat for the day. This looks like a great idea.

The water scares me so I’m not sure how I would do out on a boat all day. But it seems like y’all had fun and that’s what matters! Happy Birthday to them!
